Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Weigh produce and bulk foods, and provide accurate measurements to customers
  • Process returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
