As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
Lead and direct a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Inspect and Monitor FacilitiesConduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas that require additional attention and ensure that our cleaning staff are following our quality standards.
Manage Budget and ResourcesPrepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that our resources are allocated efficiently to meet the needs of our facilities.
Recommend ImprovementsIdentify opportunities for improving our cleaning processes and recommend changes to our management team.
Assist with Training and DevelopmentProvide guidance and support to our cleaning staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Experience
At least 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry.
EducationSecondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform manual dexterity tasks.
Personal QualitiesDependability, flexibility, and reliability.
Working Conditions- Work Schedule
30 to 35 hours per week.
LanguageEnglish.
