Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical assistance and guidance on assurance and accounting matters
* Conduct financial statement reviews and quality reviews of assurance files
* Support and implement firm-wide initiatives related to the accounting and assurance business line
* Participate in external committees and activities outside the firm when requested

Requirements:

* Currently a Manager/Senior Manager, or an equivalent role with a CPA-CA designation and a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience
* Proficiency in Canadian assurance standards
* Strong knowledge of various Canadian financial reporting frameworks
* Excellent skills in conducting meetings and facilitating sessions
* Experience in writing reports, including issue consultation memos, management letters, and publications
