Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Governance and Risk professional to join our team. As a key member of our Governance, Risk and Control function, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and regulatory risks across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance our risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on governance and risk matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our governance and risk management practices remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
