We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boarding Kennel Manager to join our team at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kennel, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our furry guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care and service to our guests.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stalls, and enclosures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
