We are seeking a skilled Stone Carver to join our team at Artistic Stone Carving Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating intricate carvings from wood, stone, and other materials. Your attention to detail and manual dexterity will be essential in producing high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs, or other stone products. You will also be responsible for loading, moving, sorting, and piling materials and supplies, as well as moving products using a forklift, crane, or hydraulic hoist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce carvings from wood, stone, and other materials
  • Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs, or other stone products
  • Load, move, sort, and pile materials and supplies
  • Move products using a forklift, crane, or hydraulic hoist

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
