Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Speed Projects Laboratory Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating communication strategies and programs, overseeing the preparation of public written material, and preparing written material such as reports, briefs, and website content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to support marketing efforts
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote company initiatives
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase company achievements
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced marketing environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language:

The working language is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
