About the Role

The Senior Director/ Director, Supply Chain Engineering is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the development and implementation of engineered solutions that drive business scalability. As a leader of the Supply Chain Engineering Department, you will be instrumental in architecting a resilient Supply Chain Network that enables our business to grow and thrive.

Key responsibilities include integrating business requirements into facility and equipment scenarios, developing conceptual and detailed Material Handling Equipment (MHE) solution designs, and executing equipment maintenance methods and procedures to meet business needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of technical engineering, warehouse automation, and material handling systems, as well as experience working with AutoCAD and business intelligence tools like Microsoft Office. A commitment to learning, applying, and championing Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles is also essential.
