About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Professional to join our team at Planta Landscape Inc. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure the health and beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces by providing regular watering, pruning, and fertilization services.
  • Apply Fertilizers, Fungicides, Herbicides, Pesticides, and Other Lawn Care Products: Safely and effectively apply a range of products to maintain the health and appearance of our clients' lawns and gardens.
  • Plant and Maintain Private and Public Lawns and Gardens: Plant and maintain a variety of plants, trees, and flowers to create beautiful and thriving outdoor spaces.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Safely operate and maintain a range of equipment, including tractors, mowers, and other machinery.
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications: Ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are level and even, using a range of techniques and equipment.
Requirements
  • 2 Years to Less than 3 Years of Experience: We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Repetitive Tasks: This role will involve repetitive tasks, such as watering and pruning, so we are looking for a candidate who is able to work efficiently and effectively in this environment.
  • Handling Heavy Loads: Our candidate will be required to lift and move heavy loads, so must be physically fit and able to handle this type of work.
  • Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity is essential for this role, as our candidate will be required to use a range of tools and equipment.
