Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment equipment for our customers. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Maintenance
    • Install and maintain all types of water treatment equipment, including residential and commercial systems.
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in water treatment.
    • Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete daily paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or service technician role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
