Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment equipment for our customers. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Maintenance
- Install and maintain all types of water treatment equipment, including residential and commercial systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Technical Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in water treatment.
- Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Administrative Tasks
- Complete daily paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or service technician role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
