Retail Store Manager

Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and handle customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Generate sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying areas for improvement to drive business growth.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Supervise Sales Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
