Job Description

The Preschool Centre is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development: Assess the children's development to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain daycare equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Communication: Synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate the information to parents.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
