Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our data products for Large and Key Accounts.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the value and developing business cases to support product recommendations. You will lead a dedicated Agile team, collaborating with technology, design, and operations teams to develop functionalities that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.

You will focus on optimizing the user experience for clients, ensuring that products are intuitive, delivered efficiently, and meet their daily needs. You will use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, product development, enhancements, and retiring outdated or redundant features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy
  • Develop business cases and product roadmaps
  • Lead Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Optimize user experience and drive engagement
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ~7+ years of Product Management experience
  • ~Technical understanding of data science, analytics, and engineering
  • ~Experience using data and insights to inform product development
  • ~Understanding of model/ML/AI implementations
  • ~Experience commercializing and scaling data as a product
  • ~At least 1 year experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
