Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' requirements. This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of web design principles, software development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop website requirements
  • Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance
  • Develop website architecture and design, including user experience and user interface
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and functionality
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web design and development
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, software development, and project management
  • Proficiency in cloud, shell script, Linux, Unix, JavaOS, Java, C++, API, C#, C, and Python
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, sound discrimination, and sitting
  • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, innovation, analytical, and proactive
