We are seeking a highly skilled Document Technician to join our team at Linds & Associates Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities:- Create, revise, and format high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
- Utilize various applications and recommend alternative methods to increase accuracy and productivity.
- Manage timeline expectations and complete work in a timely fashion.
- Ensure clients have a positive experience.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including photocopying, printing, faxing, and sending documents via taxi.
- Work in multiple practice areas and stay up-to-date with technology changes.
- Produce high-quality work and proofread as necessary.
- Previous experience in a legal Document Processing Centre.
- Knowledge of practice areas, with Real Estate or Litigation being an asset.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary education as a legal assistant or law clerk.
- Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound judgments.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
