We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team at Peace Arch Hospital. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to maintain optimal anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
- Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License - Full
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) - Mandatory
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) - Eligible
