About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Painting and Coating Supervisor to join our team at GoodHome Painting Inc. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising painting and coating operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment. They will also oversee workers and projects, coordinate activities, train staff, estimate costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise painting and decorating teams to achieve project goals and timelines
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Coordinate schedules and activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train new staff members in painting and coating techniques
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in painting and coating supervision or management
  • Demonstrated expertise in roller painting, conventional spray painting, brush painting, and airless spray equipment
  • Knowledge of powdered coatings, multi-color finishes, and wood finishing specialization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
