Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Director of Culinary Excellence to lead our culinary and operational teams. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and standardize procedures across all locations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a professional restaurant or kitchen environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-unit operations or as a Director of Ops, Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or equivalent in the front of house.

Responsibilities include training and leading up to 15 management staff and up to 70 hourly employees, handling scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development. You will also be responsible for developing and refining menu offerings while maintaining food quality and presentation standards.

Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels and oversee supply chain efficiency, set and achieve sales targets, maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, and work closely with leadership to implement new processes and improve workflows.
