Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our office building, rural area, and remote location. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and handle lost and found items.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, own vehicle, and valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar field.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Work Schedule: 1 to 2 hours bi-weekly.
