About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Craftsman to join our team at InvestorCentric Inc. as a Construction Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work on various construction projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carpentry and Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Estimation and Scheduling: Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs, as well as schedules for project completion.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 workers, providing guidance and instruction on carpentry tasks and techniques.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: A Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry and project management is necessary.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to read blueprints and determine work requirements, proficiency in measuring tools and equipment operation.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location and Travel

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to various locations. A valid driver's license and willingness to relocate are essential.
