  • Food Preparation: Prepare all food items using prep lists and standardized recipes.

  • Inventory Management: Manage leftover foods correctly by covering, labeling, dating, and accurately storing according to Aramark standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas, and ensure stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of each shift.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment that conforms to all food safety standards and regulations, and follow safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of prep work or food service-related work experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of food prep, proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation is helpful.
  • Communication and Math Skills: Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication with others, and demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
