Clinical Consultant, Family and Community Counselling Expert

We are seeking a Clinical Consultant to join our team at the Child Development Institute (CDI), a world-class leader in mental health and early learning programs. As a Clinical Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, research-based clinical services to our clients.
About the Role- Supervise assigned clinicians in delivering quality, evidence-informed mental health treatment
- Take ownership of a caseload for children under 12 and their families
- Ensure that the conceptualization and delivery of our programs and services are consistent with our organization's mission, values, policies, procedures, standards, and priorities
- Registered professional with a passion for providing quality care to young children and families
- Experience working with trauma cases, particularly with children under 12
- Ability to engage with children and parents of all ages and backgrounds with sensitivity, empathy, tact, and diplomacy
- Flexible hours in a planned program environment
