Wooden Panel Installation Specialist

Bolton Renovations is seeking a skilled Wooden Panel Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of professionalism in customer service, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physically demanding
  • Attention to detail
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Repetitive tasks
Experience:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
Support for Youths:
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities

This is a permanent position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
