About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Consultant to join our IBM Technology Expert Labs team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class services to our clients, leveraging your technical expertise in IBM products and DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions that drive business value for our clients, utilizing consultative skills and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement agile plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical issues, leveraging data and expertise to find innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with real-world application of computer science, information systems, or engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Mainframe System Software on z/OS, with familiarity with DevOps and open-source products.
  • 1+ years of experience with IBM Z and solution consulting or relevant industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with installation and configuration of IBM Z products, as well as Git migrations.
  • Experience with Developer for z/OS (IDz), Enterprise Edition (IDzEE), Application Delivery Foundation for z/OS (ADFz), Application Discovery and Delivery Intelligence (ADDI), IBM Z Development and Test (ZD&T), and IBM Virtual Dev and Test for z/OS (ZVDT).
  • Delivery of training and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Dynamic team player with a passion for making a difference in their profession and the environment.
