About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
