Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team at SML Inox. This role will involve conducting audits, providing expert advice, and ensuring the effective management of risk across various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive audit plans, assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior management on audit and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CISSP highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,800 - $138,600, based on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, education assistance, accident insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
