The Role
We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML Leadership Position holder to lead our AI research and development efforts. This critical role will drive the strategic direction of our AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products, and leverage expertise in AI system development and management to shape the future of our AI Solutions Product Engineering.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead engineering teams dedicated to creating foundational AI/ML product solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with product management to establish and follow through on the strategic direction for your teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage large-scale data platforms, cloud-based data architectures, and modern data stacks to drive innovation and excellence in AI R&D squads.
• Present on internal and external platforms about AI Solutions, effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences, including clients, prospects, sales engineers, and tech collaborators.
Requirements
This role requires a strong passion for AI technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to transform complex ideas into user-friendly software products. We seek candidates with:
• A BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive AI/ML experience, including strategic leadership.
• 10+ years leading engineering teams and delivering data/software products at scale.
• Advanced knowledge in scalable data engineering, software engineering, and ML Ops.
• Experience with architectural designs, technology exploration, and innovation management.
• Deep expertise in DataOps, MLOps, modern data architecture, cloud-based data, Cloud-Native ML tech stacks, and advancements.
• Skilled collaboration, customer-oriented, visionary leadership approach, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
