Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and health care plans, as well as group insurance benefits.
Job DescriptionThe Landscaping Foreman/Woman will be responsible for supervising and scheduling staff, planning and directing grounds maintenance and landscape construction projects, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies. They will also be responsible for maintaining work records and logs, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in landscaping and horticulture, with 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Steel-toed safety boots and gloves.
You must be a team player with a client-focused approach, excellent oral communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. If you have a passion for landscaping and a proven track record of success in a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.
