Purpose of Job:

Deliver batteries to dealers in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a well-organized warehouse, ensuring that all stock is accurately stored and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a motor vehicle and fork lift to transport batteries and stock
  • Load and unload batteries from vehicles and storage areas
  • Restock batteries and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Accurately complete reports and claims related to battery delivery and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse environment with potential exposure to temperature extremes and battery acid
  • Must wear steel toe shoes and protective gloves when handling batteries
