Job Overview

CareerBeacon is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing and sound knowledge of community health issues. You will be registered (active) or able to register with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick and possess a minimum of five years of current, comprehensive clinical experience including a minimum of 1-2 years in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes
