**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Maintain accurate sales records, process transactions, and manage cash handling duties
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store visual merchandising standards
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers
* Participate in visual merchandising displays, window dressing, and other sales-related activities
* Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
* 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion house environment
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and maintain high levels of productivity
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver in a fast-paced retail environment
