Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Inspect and Maintain Facilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. They will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to address any maintenance or repair issues that arise.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services. They will also be responsible for monitoring expenses and ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.

Coordinate with Other Departments

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
