At Royal Bank of Canada, we seek a highly skilled and motivated Expert Banking Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on everyday banking, investments, and credit, ensuring clients receive comprehensive financial guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities and deliver proactive advice to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Must-have:
  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
  • Quebec – Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute
  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
