Operations Vice President Job Description

NKPG Services is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organization's operational strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior staff and external partners
  • Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior operations role
  • Proven track record of leading operational teams and implementing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
