About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Data Modeler to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data integration and translation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data quality, awareness, and visibility.
  • Design and publish reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain data migration processes to Cloud (Azure) platforms.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst and Data Modeler.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design, development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of RDBMS and Data lake concepts.
  • Experience with data processing languages such as SQL, Python, or Scala.
