Job Overview

As a PepsiCo Beverages Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in getting our iconic brands to customers across Canada. This position requires a motivated and hard-working individual who is comfortable working independently and can effectively communicate with customers. You will be responsible for delivering products to various locations, processing invoices, and handling daily settlements. Your experience in customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, representing PepsiCo as a professional ambassador.
  • Deliver products accurately and on time, unloading products as directed by customers.
  • Process invoices and handle daily settlements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stock and rotate products in various environments, ensuring merchandising standards are met.
  • Build displays and set up promotional materials, such as pricing signs and banners.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all laws and transportation regulations.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • Lift and carry large loads up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour day.
  • Maneuver large loads by hand and with the use of various aids, requiring a wide range of physical agility, flexibility, and strength.
  • Work in various weather conditions and safely operate equipment during poor road and driving conditions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent people skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
  • High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or Equivalent.
  • Valid Class 1 CDL driver's license in good standing with a safe driving record.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
