Job Description

The Aviation Process Planning Specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production of aircraft components and systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing process plans to ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve quality.
  • Conducting technical research and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track production performance and quality metrics.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in aircraft production planning or a related field.
  • A degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
