Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Support: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Supervision and Teamwork: Supervise other workers; move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train; permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
