We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Nav Transport Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, and conducting performance reviews.

The Transportation Supervisor will also be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, establishing work schedules and procedures, and planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all computer and technology systems are up to date and functioning properly.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with experience in dispatch management and inventory control. They will also have excellent knowledge of computer software, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
