Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Eaton Centre. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for showcasing our trendy products, providing expert-level product knowledge, and driving sales through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert-level advice to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including storefront demos, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics, while working collaboratively with the sales team to meet store targets.
  • Store Tasks: Assist with daily store tasks, including merchandising, price changes, and stock management.
