Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Truckco Mechanical LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll statements, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining filing systems and preparing period-end reports.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for benefits, including pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
  • Employee Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
