Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Act Now Employment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure the best fit for our clients
  • Provide guidance to job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions
  • Manage candidate inventories and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Supervise personnel clerks and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our clients
Requirements:
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a office environment with frequent phone calls and computer work
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Personal Suitability:
  • Efficient and organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
