Job Overview

By remotely monitoring connected systems and identifying process deviations, the Monitoring Center Specialist is responsible for investigating root causes and collaborating with customers and the service team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education and 5-10 years of experience in the Injection Molding Industry, with a focus on service. Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Injection Molding Process, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor KPIs such as Performance, Weight, Quality, and Energy, and identify potential issues.
  2. Interpret data, compare against established limits, and prioritize concerns.
  3. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for detected issues.
  4. Share findings with the A+ Program Manager and escalate if necessary.
  5. Contribute to weekly report content for the A+ Program Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Post-secondary education (college or university degree)
* 5-10 years of experience in the Injection Molding Industry with an emphasis on service
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
* Good knowledge of Injection Molding Process
* Ability to proactively assess and mitigate system state changes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
* Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering, and service functions
* Computer skills and knowledge of Windows-based applications
