Key Responsibilities
  • Assume all human resources management responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives and share best practices within the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in methods and/or quality teams, particularly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving, and/or continuous improvement.
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess good communication skills in English (bilingualism is an asset).
