Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist (Merchandiser), you'll play a vital role in the success of our snack food business. You'll be responsible for merchandising and replenishing our products at various grocery stores, ensuring optimal product visibility and availability.

The Role:
  • Execute merchandising programs at store level, ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners (store managers/site owners) through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our retail partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by rotating products, writing orders for mainline and perimeter racks, and adhering to merchandising guidelines.
  • Generate daily store orders using HH4 system and manage unsaleable products effectively.
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings and district meetings to share insights and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required, University/College is an asset.
  • Valid full G or Class 5 driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of motivation.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Retail and/or food service experience is an asset.
  • Desire to be physically active in a fast-paced environment.
