Job Overview

As a Tax and Member Services Advisor at Farm Business Consultants, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their financial goals. With a strong focus on building long-term relationships, you will take the time to understand each member's unique financial situation and provide tailored tax strategies to minimize their tax burden. In addition, you will introduce them to our full range of services, including bookkeeping, legal assistance, payroll, and access to financial and estate planning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tax and Member Services Advisor, you will:
Provide exceptional tax and accounting advice to FBC members.
Foster strong relationships with FBC members and secure member referrals.
Recognize member needs and connect them with our other domain experts within the company and network.
Participate in community events.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax preparation or accounting firm. You should have proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Taxprep and Xero. Experience preparing tax returns for farms, small businesses, and corporations is also essential. Additionally, you should possess superior client service skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
