About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Packaging Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our package handling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Mail and Package Processing: Organize the receipt, sorting, and dispatch of mail and packages.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 people and provide guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English (Work Language).
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
