Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at ST. LOUIS BAR & GRILL. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, balance cash, and record sales.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
