Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Schedules

Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Evaluate Daily Operations

Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Inventory Management

Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

Budget Management

Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and improving processes.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.

Industry Experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of the fabricated metal industry.

Work Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
