Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trusted Professional Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise and assist customers in finding the right products.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized service and support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and provide regular sales reports.
